About Our Therapists
I’m Radhika Sethi Sharma (she/her), a practicing Counselling Psychologist, Psychology Educator, and Founder of EUNOIA. With over 5+ years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with 200+ individuals across the globe, supporting them through a wide range of mental and emotional health concerns. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, grief-sensitive, and client-centered care. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Art Therapy.
My therapy space is grounded in insight-building and reflection, offering clients a supportive environment to explore their inner selves and patterns in order to empower them to step into their best selves as they move forward in their journeys. Each intervention is thoughtfully tailored to honor the unique needs and comfort of the individual, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, holistic well-being, and mental health awareness.
When I’m not in therapist mode, you’ll find me sipping a good cup of tea or coffee, collecting all things cute, jamming to great music, soaking in nature, or laughing over stand-up comedy.

I’m Arundhati Agrawal (she/her), a practicing Counseling Psychologist, Expressive Arts Therapist, and Associate Psychologist with EUNOIA. With over 2+ years of experience, I’ve supported clients of Indian nationality across the globe in navigating their mental health journeys.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from Expressive Arts Therapy (EAT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Practices, and Grief-Sensitive Frameworks. At the heart of my work is creating a non-judgmental, safe space where clients feel truly seen and heard - allowing them to explore, express, and identify areas they wish to work on.
When I’m not in therapist mode, you’ll find me lost in a gripping mystery or thriller, binge-watching a series, dancing to 2000s Bollywood hits, or enjoying a comforting cup of tea or coffee.
